Nanofactory engineering/support mass

Chris Phoenix, author of the big Nanofactory paper, thinks that support mass will be at most 1 kg for a 10 kg nanofactory. This includes 200 kW (electric, average) of solar cells, a big cooling system, and ~1 kg/hr of chemical processing for feedstock manufacture. Can he be right?
